External guests are welcome with any confirmed treatment.
A Spa Pass for external guests is available at 60€ per person or 90€ per couple, including access to the thermal spa facilities and Fitness Studio. Maximum duration: 210 minutes.The Private Cave Pool experience is available by reservation for an additional charge.
Advance reservations are recommended to secure preferred times.

Before your arrival
We recommend arriving at the Spa 15 minutes before your appointment, so you can transition smoothly into the relaxation area and discuss with us any health issues. In case of a late arrival, the duration of the treatment may be reduced, while the charge remains the original one.
Hospitality Rules
The MAMAY Spa is a place of tranquility and inner peace. We welcome visitors from 14 years of age and older (under supervision). Please keep conversations low-voiced. The use of swimwear is mandatory in all thermal facilities, including the hammam, the sauna, the cryotherapy pool, and the experience showers.
Health Issues
Before the start of the treatment, you will be asked to fill out a brief health questionnaire. By informing us of any injuries, allergies, or medical conditions, you help our wellness team tailor the care to your specific needs with complete safety.
Cancellation Policy
For any change or cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made within less than 24 hours, a 100% charge applies.
Personal Belongings
During your visit, bathrobes, slippers, and towels are provided. We recommend keeping your belongings in your room's safe, as the Spa is not responsible for any losses.
